By registering on www.timesolympiad.com, you agree to comply with the following standards and procedures.
Using our Site or Apps includes but is not limited to creating an account, buying and using digital content, posting a review, or interacting with any features on our website or application.
Thank you for enrolling with us. Enrolling allows us to add your email to our membership list. You also authorize us to send regular email newsletters to your registered email address. Additionally, you permit us to send promotional emails and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number.
Please note that using the content on our site/application is subject to the terms outlined below. This includes any digital content, products, or services available on our site/application (collectively called the "Content"), which is protected intellectual property owned by us or our suppliers.

This is based on India Post/Courier Delivery Standards. If you place an order on a National, State, or Regional holiday, we will process it on the next working day.
When you purchase any Digital Content from us, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your computer, tablet, or smart device meets the minimum system and software requirements required for the digital content to perform correctly and for the necessary software to function. If you are uncertain, we recommend that you test our sample digital content before purchasing.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue offering any Digital Content or other products and services at any time. Depending on the Supplier's terms and conditions, after you have successfully purchased a specific Digital Content, further purchase of that content may not be available, and a refund may not be possible.

ONLINE EXAM TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- After placing an order for study materials, please allow a Standard Delivery Time of 15-20 days for the materials to arrive.
- Students must order study materials based on exam schedule and delivery.
- www.timesolympiad.com will not respond to inquiries about rushed orders made before exams.
- www.timesolympiad.com will not provide Study Material in Soft Copy if the order has been placed late or for any other reason.
- If the Courier or Postal services cause the delay in delivery, www.timesolympiad.com cannot be held responsible.
- During the online exam, students are strictly prohibited from looking around as the camera will capture photos while they attempt the test. If the image captures anyone other than the student, the student will be disqualified. Video recording is done only during the test/exam.
-Any malpractice in images, audio, or video recordings will result in disqualification during the exam. No questions regarding this will be entertained.
- During the test or exam, images, voice, and video will be recorded randomly to prevent cheating
- During exams, students are prohibited from opening any additional tabs. The exam will be terminated if caught, and no questions will be entertained.
- Students are only allowed to use their login credentials once. If multiple logins are detected using the same ID and Password on different devices during a test or exam, the student will be disqualified for that particular test or exam.
- Online test and exam rules are crucial and must be strictly followed. Any violation of these rules will not be tolerated.
- It is important to note that a student will not be given a second chance to attend the Annual Olympiad Exam or Monthly test if they miss it for any reason. The responsibility to attend the Exam and Test series per the announced schedule lies solely with the student.
- If a student misses the Annual Olympiad Exam or Monthly Test, rescheduling will not be available, and related questions will not be entertained.
- Students paying for the online exam fees in INR currency are considered Indian Residents and will have the exam as per the Indian Standard Time (IST).
- Students outside India should choose a currency other than INR during registration.
